Cabin Policies and Rates
Cabin Rates
Our starting cabin rates are based on a 4-person occupancy and Before Taxes. Additional people and dogs can be accommodated, but at an additional charge. We do not lock in prices for re-booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Rentals of any kind are CASH or CHECK only.
There is a 2 night Minimum on all cabins during the off-season
Peak Season June 4th - August 20th
Off Season August 20th - June 4th.

Deposits are required for your reservation. Apologies, but we do not accept credit card payments for our cabins.
Cancellations:
During the peak season deposits will be refunded if canceled one month prior to reservation date, otherwise the deposit will be kept if the entire reservation isn't booked for another time.
During the off season deposits will be refunded if canceled two weeks prior to the reservation date, otherwise the deposit will be kept if the entire reservation isn't booked for another time.
Cabin Policies
Please understand that when you rent a cabin at the resort, we have some rules that you must follow.
Check in time: 3:00 pm
Check out time: 9:00 am
Check in at Bar/restaurant – Contact Joe at 715-820-6028 during closed hours.
The balance is due upon arrival in cash or check. An ATM machine is available in the bar/restaurant and accepts credit, debit, and ATM cards.
Bed sheets are furnished. Personal towels are NOT provided.
Each cabin has it's own pier. A 14-ft aluminum boat is available for use. Motor and pontoon boat rentals are available.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. and must be observed for the enjoyment of all our guests.
A speed limit of 10 M. P. H. is to be observed while on the Resort property for the safety of all.
Parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior and safety at all times. The playground and rec room are for the enjoyment of all. Please pickup garbage and put toys and games away before leaving.
Please NOTE: There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach area.
Vulgar language or inappropriate behavior by adults or children will NOT be tolerated. Unacceptable or offensive conduct will be determined by the campground owners and any camper whose conduct is disruptive will be asked to leave the campground.
DNR prohibits transfer of any firewood beyond a 50 mile radius… we strictly enforce this policy… you may purchase SAFE firewood on premises. All firewood brought into the campground must be bought within a 50 mile radius. Before unloading firewood proof of purchase location must be demonstrated. Anyone found to have unapproved firewood will be fined $50.00 for the first offence and any further occurrence is subject to termination of lease.
No fire (open type) are permitted anywhere in the campground, except in the fire rings provided at the site. Campfires are not to be left unattended for any reason. Please be sure that your fire is out before retiring to bed or leaving. Have a cover for the fire pit when not in use. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THE FIRE RINGS!
Removal of branches from any trees alive or dead is not permitted without permission. Absolutely no cutting of green growth, bark or leaves from trees.
All fish & game birds are to be cleaned in the fish house located near our boat launch. All remains are to be placed in sealed plastic bags and in the fish house freezer.
You will be held responsible for any damage caused by you or your party while at the Resort.
Cancellations
Deposits are not refundable if unable to rebook ENTIRE reservation.
Pet Policy
Non-aggressive well behaved dogs are allowed at the Resort for an extra charge. They but must be kept quiet and on a leash no longer than 8 feet. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet while here and are liable for any damage that your pet causes.
Smoking
The cabins are non-smoking
