Cabin Rates & Policies
The rates listed below do not include taxes or dog fees. Deposits are required for your reservation. The amount and options for payment will be discussed in the booking process.
While we are here to assist with any major needs, we encourage guests to make the most of our amenities independently.
Cabin 1
- Standard Rate: $170 nightly / $1100 weekly
- Capacity: Rates include 4 guests; can accommodate up to 8 ($10/person weekly add-on)
Cabins 2-3
- Standard Rate: $150 nightly / $950 weekly
- Capacity: Rates include 4 guests; can accommodate up to 8 ($10/person weekly add-on)
Cabin 4
- Standard Rate: $200 nightly / $1250 weekly
- Capacity: Rates include 6 guests; can accommodate up to 8 ($10/person weekly add-on)
Cabin 5
- Standard Rate: $180 nightly / $1160 weekly
- Capacity: Rates include 6 guests; can accommodate up to 8 ($10/person weekly add-on)
Cabin 6
- Standard Rate: $300 nightly / $2000 weekly
- Capacity: Rates include 8 guests; can accommodate up to 12 ($10/person weekly add-on)
Dog Charge
$100 for any dog(s) staying in the cabin at any time during your reservation. The amount is the same for any breed or any size dog. Maximum of 3 dogs per unit. To keep our furniture in good condition, please do not allow dogs to be on it.
Cancellations
If your reservation falls during the peak season ( June 1st-August 25th), any deposits received will be non-refundable after March 1st. No exceptions. During the off season, deposits will be non-refundable if canceled less than 30 days prior to the reservation date. If you book a cabin within 30 days of your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cabin Policies
Please understand that when you rent a cabin at the resort, we have some rules that you must follow.
Check in time: 3:00 pm
Check out time: 10:00 am
The balance is due upon arrival by cash, check, or credit card. Once booked, the check-in process will be explained.
Bed sheets are furnished. Personal towels are NOT provided.
A Charcoal grill is provided for each cabin, but you must supply your own grilling utensils.
Each cabin has it's own pier. We have boat rentals available.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am and must be observed for the enjoyment of all our guests.
A speed limit of 10 MPH is to be observed while on the Resort property for the safety of all.
Parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior and safety at all times. The playground is for the enjoyment of all. Please pick up garbage and put toys away before leaving.
Please NOTE: There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach area.
Vulgar language or inappropriate behavior by adults or children will NOT be tolerated. Unacceptable or offensive conduct will be determined by the campground owners. Any camper whose conduct is disruptive will be asked to leave the campground.
We provide firewood on site by the bar and restaurant. Price per crate is $4.00.
No fires (open type) are permitted anywhere in the campground, except in the fire rings provided at the site. Campfires are not to be left unattended for any reason. Please be sure that your fire is out before retiring to bed or leaving. Have a cover for the fire pit when not in use. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THE FIRE RINGS!
Removal of branches from any trees alive or dead is not permitted without permission. Absolutely no cutting of green growth, bark, or leaves from trees.
All fish and game birds are to be cleaned in the fish house located near our boat launch. All remains are to be placed in sealed plastic bags and in the fish house freezer.
You will be held responsible for any damage caused by you or your party while at the Resort.
Pet Policy
Non-aggressive well-behaved dogs are allowed at the Resort for an extra charge. They must be kept quiet and on a leash no longer than 8 feet. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet while here and are liable for any damage that your pet causes.
Smoking & Vaping
All of the cabins are non-smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping inside of the cabins will incur a $250 fee.
